עולים על הגל הוא פרויקט שמחבר בין עולים חדשים או ותיקים, לבין ישראלים וישראליות עם רצון טוב לעזור.
המתרגלים נרשמים לפרויקט, ואנחנו מנסים לצוות להם פרטנר בהתאם לשפות שהם דוברים, לגילם ולמקצוע שלהם. הישראלי יוצר קשר עם העולה, והם נפגשים אחת לשבוע לשיחת זום, למשך 7 שבועות.
מטרת הפגישה היא עזרה בשיפור ותרגול העברית, וגם היכרות עם התרבות והארץ, סיוע במטלות יום-יומית כמו קריאת מסמכים בעברית או כתיבת קורות חיים.

In these darker days, a few generous volunteers are coming together to spread some positivity in the world by offering free one-on-one Hebrew conversations over Zoom!
Whether you’ve been here for many years and have already mastered Ivrit or are fresh off the boat and looking for some help with your dikduk, Olim al Hagal has a place for everyone to practice their Hebrew and get acclimated to Israel.
